Bird’s Eye View is perfectly situated close to Queenstown overlooking Lake Wakatipu and looking directly towards the Remarkables Mountain Range with views of central Queenstown. Bird’s Eye View is an ideal base for smaller groups looking for a convenient base to explore all that Queenstown has to offer.

Bird’s Eye View rises elegantly above the neighbouring property, with a vertical design maximising views from every room. The wrap-around back garden is full of life – take the steps up to the vantage point for sweeping views.

The indoor living is equally as impressive – compact and warm for the winter months, with the option to open-up the sliding French doors to the garden in the summer months. The right-hand side of the apartment is where the bedrooms are situated, with a large shared bathroom. The living area is on the left-hand side as well as a full kitchen ensuring your stay is as relaxing and sumptuous as possible.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Overall pretty good experience. A couple of things to note. When we arrived I was not aware that the house we were staying at was the to floor only and didn’t include the garage or bottom floor so had to ring to find out what entrance to use. This needs to be clearly communicated in your advertising. Also the lawns weren’t mowed until a couple of days after we arrived so presentation was not the best.
The only other improvement is the heat pump is very noisy. Suggest you replace it with a better option.

Loved the home and the fabulous view have always had a great time in queenstown as we go on every thing we can in two days .The only complaint we would have would be the heat pump so dam noisey
