Located at a prime location in the heart of Wanaka, this large, iconic, Kiwi-style holiday home offers arguably the best views in Wanaka. Faulks Lake View rises elegantly over Lake Wanaka and its surrounding mountains, directly overlooking the Wanaka township. Faulks Lake View is designed for larger groups and multiple families, all looking to pack up the boat and kids, and make Wanaka their adventure.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Head up the wide driveway to the gate that ensures privacy and added security for the younger ones to run around. The rear of the property has outdoor furniture and a garden that leads past the garage, through to the front of the house, making it the ideal spot for alfresco dining. The BBQ is located on the deck handy to the kitchen.

Enter the house where old meets new in the kitchen complete with brand new, easy to use appliances. The lounge provides comfort all year around. Sit back on the sofa and take in the incredible views. Make use of the balconies in the summer months or cosy up in the winter with a glass of wine, making good use of the log burner and heat pump. Meanwhile, keep the teens and kids happy with unlimited, high speed WIFI, Freeview, SONOS soundbar, Apple TV and an abundance of board games.

The top floor of the house has a large, shared bathroom, followed by the master and second bedroom. Head down the stairs and immediately to the foot is another bathroom and a kids’ bunk room. Look left and you will see a games area with a pool table, bean bags and kitchenette complete with additional fridges and storage space. There is also a media station downstairs with DVD player, Apple TV, WIFI and heat pump for those wanting to catch up on sport or relive their time up the mountain. The last two bedrooms are also on the ground floor and are each kitted out with a Queen-sized bed.
