Nestled in its own private cul-de-sac, Jack's Point Retreat is a brand-new, stylish home completed with contemporary interior design throughout. This delightful holiday home is perfectly surrounded by the mountains and close enough to the Jack's Point clubhouse should you wish head out for a coffee or book a table for lunch or dinner.

Enter the house through the impressive double garage or through the front door, which leads you upstairs to the open plan living. To your left is the kitchen, dining and living area, with its mountain views, gas fireplace, spectacular dining table and breakfast bar.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The living area with its comfortable couches and smart TV, comes complete with Netflix and a soundbar for guests who wish to plug in and play their own movies or music. The gas fireplace heats the space quickly, should you wish to relax after a big day of adventuring.

On the upstairs level behind the kitchen and entertaining area, is the master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The ground level consists of a shared bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. The second and third bedrooms both have a Queen bed and their own French doors – ideal for the summer months.

The bedding configuration is as follows:

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.

Located in the distinguished suburb of Jack's Point, this divine holiday home is less than a 10-minute drive from Queenstown's International Airport and 20 minutes’ drive from Queenstown’s café and restaurant hub. There are plenty of walks in the area and mountain biking trails, making it the perfect base for your summer holiday or ski trip.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Thoughts from Heating

The underfloor heating was not on and the windows were left open so when we arrived in the late afternoon the house was very cold and it took a while to bring it up to the ambience temperature that was stated in the information pack. The pack says that it is turned on in winter and this time around it snowed and the temperature was very low.
There was also no other type of heating provided in the downstairs bathroom as well.
Other than that the accommodation was nice and the stay was pleasant. I would suggest to provide a small nespresso machine and a small blender.

Had a wonderful 10 night stay. Loved the location, away from everything, and we all relaxed. Wonderful service and very clean and modern. Will book for next year again.
Only thing is I wish it had under floor heating downstairs, concrete flooring was rather cold, as it was mid winter.
