Ultimate Heights Queenstown | Jaw-dropping views + Hot tub

We had a wonderful stay in Queenstown. The home was lovely and big, the walk in wardrobe and ensuite gave us a space to retreat to and relax. The large living and well appointed kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the heaters which kept us super warm when we were home and we turned on first thing in the morning. Finally, the views were so picturesque across the lake. I would recommend for a large family with children who have partners. The spa was fantastic and we really enjoyed having use of the spa. Allan is a great host, he is proactive as well as responsive.

Great place for the family getogether. Comfy and and great views. We caught the southern lights over the weekend just by being on the balcony! Super satisfied with the place!

Beautiful view and perfect for our family of 10 to stay. Allen was very helpful with accomodating our 1 year old with a portacot (paid extra) and the downstairs bedroom was a perfect blackout room with no windows so no snooze shade needed. The spa is amazing! No shampoo or conditioner. No clothes washing powders. Some of the bedroom heaters didnt work however the rest of the house was easy to heat and so these rooms were ok without the heaters. Great spot!

Wow- views to die for!! Massive space internally with large bedrooms and more than enough living space to accomodate 5 adults and 2 kids. Well appointed kitchen, working Spa, comfy beds and just really comfortable. Would stay again, good value and better than the pictures!

Great location and views, plenty of space in the house. Considering how many rules were included in the house about what you can and can’t do there was a lot of damage to walls. Floors/ outdoor tables etc hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, we ended up cleaning on the fist nights stay before we could use outdoor furniture etc

Allan’s place is in a perfect location. Easy to walk in either direction to town. Very close to many many wineries and the views topped it all off.

Beautiful place to spend your holidays. Excellent service by the host.

Negative: Think the carpets can maybe do with a clean, as it was a little dusty. But other than that, great accomodation.

Amazing views, Period! Large house with each room having a bathroom. Quite location and easy walking distance to CBD. House & location has everything you expect from a luxury offering. Very clean and well presented. Hot tub is a feature to book your return. See you again soon.

Nice view and great location. Love the internal space and layout! Only one thing is that we found a dead mouse underneath the sofa cushion which is not really good experience.

Negative: Lack of personal details and convenient items compared to other cheaper rentals (no milk in fridge at arrival, too few laundry detergent, no hair conditioner, difficult to know how to use the microwave)

거실 뷰가 환상적임, 일부러 나가서 볼 필요가 없을 만큼 아름다운 경치를 아침부터 저녁까지 볼 수 있고, 1층에서 뷰를 보며 즐기는 스파는 정말 최고임! 공항에서 10분 이내 거리로 헬기투어, 경비행기투어 등 액티비티 접근성이 좋음, 아이들이 좋아하는 비행기 이륙, 착륙 장면도 가까이서 볼 수 있는 장점이 있음, 마트, 상점 등 편의시설도 모두 가까워서 편리함, 호스트와 연락이 매우 잘 됨, 전반적으로 깨끗하고 특히 욕실, 주방이 깔끔하고 냄비, 그릇, 주방 도구도 다양하게 잘 갖추어져 있음, 보드게임도 여러 종류 있는데 우리 가족은 저녁마다 젠가를 신나게 했음, 하지만 샴푸,린스,바디워시는 없고, 간단한 요리에 필요한 요리유 종류도 없으니 직접 요리 해먹으려면 준비해서 가는게 좋겠음.

Staying here was a highlight of our trip. Views are absolutely beautiful and the house has everything you need. Only a 5 minute drive to the centre of Queenstown also. Outdoor spa was awesome. Communication A1. Couldn't recommend a stay here more highly. Thanks so much :-)

This place was incredible! We were two families of 5 (so 10 total) travelling to NZ for a ski holiday. This Queenstown house was perfect for a large group of friends or family - ample space around the house, everything you needed, and incredible views. Relaxing in the hot tub was a great way to finish the day!

Definitely recommend staying at this house, plenty of space. perfect for my group of 6 and would comfortably sleep more Positive: House was lovely and clean, beautiful scenery, warm and cosy. Negative: Didn’t receive email with lock and checkin details, had to call and took a good 20mins to reach someone.

We booked for a girls get away it was perfect Positive: It was spacious, stunning and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The sunrises over the lake each morning were spectacular. Negative: Nothing - Only suggestion would be a larger seating area on the balcony or downstairs to enjoy the view would be great. Instructions how to light the fire - although the heat pump provided sufficient heat.

Perfect location, central to everything but not too close to the township and the noise. Amazing views. The house is warm and homely, we really felt like we were in our own home. Everything was accessible. Spacious home. Incredible home, highly recommended.

Really enjoy the stay, well equipped, ideal for big family or group of friends. My favourite part of the house is the balcony, you can sit on the beam bags and enjoy the amazing view! I would definitely book this house for our next trip to Queenstown!
